Conference Producer x 2, to £30k, London

Our client is the pre-eminent organisation for professionals working in the land, property and construction sectors in the UK and around the world.

Position: Conference Producer x 2
Location: London, Parliament Square
Salary: £26k - £30k DOE.

ROLE:
The Conference Producer will research, produce validate and co-ordinate high quality, profitable commercial conferences for the land, property and construction sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Research and generate topic ideas, devise conference programmes and identify and secure high profile speakers (Minimum of 15 programmes a year).
b) Produce high value conference programmes that reflect the needs of the target audience
c) Produce highly targeted marketing briefs.
d) Develop relationships with key stakeholders to create conferences and identify new areas for revenue opportunities.
e) Identify topics to enter into international markets.
f) Create and deliver conference budgets.
g) Adhere to deadlines and agreed timescales.
h) Seek and maximise partnership opportunities.
i) Brief operations / logistics teams and continuous communication on event progress.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Commercial conference production experience in topic generation, researching, validating and speaker acquisition.
b) Knowledge and experience within commercial and professional environments.
c) Ability to influence audiences and stakeholders to deliver our client’s Conferences objectives and results.
d) Business orientated with commercial awareness.
e) Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.
f) Good project management, research and analytical skills.
g) Communicates confidently at senior level.
h) Willing and able to work flexible hours and travel within UK.

You may have experience in the following roles: Conference Producer, Conference Researcher, Conference Planner, Researcher, Conference Manager, etc.
