The purpose of this posting is to create a three-person Board of Directors for a start-up operation, the Board to consist of a Managing Director, a Network Director and an IT Director, for details of which please look under the relevant job posts below.
The mission is to raise money for good causes using a creative and entirely new way that should result in very serious amounts being raised. To create his plan, the proprietor studied every business model to find the most successful for this purpose, and the only one that both fulfils the parameters of the plan and is capable of achieving the high targets aimed for is the network marketing concept. The proprietor realises that some potential applicants will have concerns about the bad public perception of network marketing in many quarters. However, while some companies undoubtedly deserve to be condemned, other network marketing companies such as Avon Cosmetics, Kleeneze, Forever Living Products (FLP), Cabouchon and others equally well-established are well thought of, and have fine international reputations.
So, just as in most other businesses, occupations or careers, there is actually far more good than bad in this industry. For instance, the good companies rarely receive the credit they deserve for giving a truly vast number of people the means to get out of serious financial hardship or create a better future for themselves and their families - many of whom had found themselves unable to get work elsewhere (will that ring a bell with many disabled people?). Also, the concept takes no account of previous experience, qualifications, education, background and (particularly important for disabled people) physical condition, and this creates a truly level playing field so that everyone comes in with exactly the same chance. Finally, and perhaps most important of all, it is the only business, occupation or career that closes its doors to no one and allows literally anyone who wants it an opportunity not only to earn but also to succeed to the highest business levels without any ‘glass ceiling’ to stop them. It is the only business in which no one is ever turned away from opportunity.
You can see that properly run network marketing, far from being a scam, is actually ideally suited for many disabled people, giving them opportunities they find it hard or impossible to find anywhere else. Of course no one can guarantee their success in this industry any more than you can in any other job or career, but at least they get an equal chance and there are opportunities waiting now, in honourable and ethical companies, for every disabled person who wants them.
If you would like any advice or information on what is in fact an industry that has helped a very large number of able-bodied people and could help an awful lot more disabled people, or if you want to know how to spot and avoid the small minority of unethical companies, the proprietor has extended an open invitation to any Evenbreak client to phone or come and see him at any time.
However, the business being promoted here is not only for disabled people. They make up only a small percentage of the total population and not enough to build a viable business on. This plan, like all network marketing companies, is aimed at the general public but - and this is where it differs from the rest of the industry - with an appreciation of how it can benefit disabled people.
Because there are specific problems faced by disabled people. For instance, some are forced by their disability to work part-time, or to take periods of time off work. The proprietor has addressed this so that part-timers will now have the potential to earn as much as full-timers (by the way, this will also help many carers who cannot work full-time).
By the nature of their disability or their circumstances, many disabled people will also need more training and support, so the proprietor has designed a support and training system that is far in advance of the rest of the industry.
Aiming to make the plan as user-friendly as possible for disabled people is one reason why it may be an advantage for this mission to have Board directors who also happen to be disabled.
The proprietor has taken the plan to the stage where a Board is now needed to take it on, implement it, push it forward to launch and thereafter to become a major player initially in the UK and, once the model is proved here, internationally. Although the proprietor will work very closely with the Board until it feels ready to carry on on its own, he has other business ambitions and the Board will be totally responsible for all aspects of the business.
The plan you will be taking over has a host of exciting and revolutionary features that undoubtedly has the potential to take the business well to the forefront of the industry.
It is almost ready to launch. The Board members will of course want their own input into the plan but, subject to that, the business should be up and running within three months of the recruitment of the three Board members.
The members of the Board will have an exceptional income formula that will excite anyone with real ambition. Although the plan has immense potential, the proprietor recognises that, from now onwards, how much success it actually achieves will depend entirely on the Board's own efforts. He has decided that the rewards should reflect that and therefore proposes giving each Board member exactly the same profit-share as he himself will receive, and that is a 25% profit-share in the business, thus making each Board member, for all intents and purposes, a partner in the enterprise. In business terms this is a truly exceptional proposal, but it of course means that each Board member will be expected to put in all the commitment that a full partner would.
Each Board member will draw their 25% profit-share monthly and it will be exactly the same as that drawn by the proprietor. Because of the way network marketing works, early and fast-accelerating month-by-month income is possible and has been achieved time and again by many companies.
Full details will be discussed at interview.
If you are serious about wanting to achieve great things, if you would like to play a key role in a great philanthropic enterprise with two great missions, then this is for you.
