Do I have to complete the equality and diversity section of the application form?

We are committed to the promotion of equality, and elimination of unlawful discrimination and harassment. Bath Spa University believes in the benefits of diverse representation resulting in robust decisions and an inclusive environment.  In order to help achieve this, we ask that you complete the equality and diversity section of the application form.

If you choose to provide information, it will be held confidentially and separately from your application form. Any reporting and monitoring will be anonymous.

What if I need adjustments to attend an interview and/or in the workplace?

A disability is defined as a physical or mental impairment, which has a substantial and long term adverse effect on your ability to carry out day to day activities.
