Flexibility

We offer:

  • 28.5 days’ annual leave and 8 days’ public holidays (pro rata)
  • flexible working in many roles including the ability to take up to 24 days’ flexi leave a year
  • a range of family-friendly policies, such as part-time working, job sharing, parental leave and career breaks and a range of leave options for parents, detailed below. These depend on business needs, but our aim is to help you achieve a positive work-life balance
  • maternity leave, shared parental leave and adoption leave of up to 26 weeks on full pay, followed by 13 weeks’ statutory pay and a further 13 weeks unpaid
  • paternity leave of up to 14 days’ leave on full pay
  • parental leave of up to 18 weeks for each child under the age of 18, unpaid
