Telegraph Media Group Able Inclusion Network logo

Our 'Able' Inclusion Network which is a network for individuals with disabilities or long-term conditions and allies.

The network works in partnership with the organisation to: create an inclusive and accessible working environment that enables all employees to fulfill their potential; provide peer support; and drive engagement in disability issues at Telegraph Media Group.

Our new Reasonable Adjustments policy aims to support all colleagues who require workplace adjustments and help inform colleagues and managers to better understand how they can support those with disabilities.

Telegraph Media Group (TMG) is committed to making all reasonable adjustments for people with disabilities to enable them to thrive in their roles whilst creating an inclusive culture for all.

The policy applies to employees and job applicants.

We can consider reasonable adjustments for an employee with a long-term condition regardless of whether or not it is classified as a disability, or indeed temporary adjustments for short term conditions if it affects the employee in the performance of their role.

Employees are encouraged to create a Workplace Adjustment Passport which ensures that managers are aware of required adjustments or information from the outset without the need for the employee to have to continually explain or justify their requirements.

We are proud to be working with Evenbreak to ensure that talented disabled candidates are aware of the opportunities available at Telegraph Media Group.
