Account Director - Digital Investment - RSPB, Blue Cross, Simply Cook, Concha Y Toro

RSPB

From a media perspective we work with this client across all channels and support them with varied types of campaigns, from large scale brand activity to always on DR driving RSPB memberships and more recently we work together to promote the RSPB Shop offering.

The client is digitally savvy, keen to innovate and loves working with us on future proofing their marketing and measurement across all channels.

Simply Cook

SimplyCook wants to get Britain cooking. SimplyCook boxes contains 4 easy to follow recipes and 4 ingredient kits. Each kit is designed to provide perfect taste containing ingredient blends devised by professional chefs.

The company has seen fantastic growth over the last year and was recently bought by Nestle which will help to supercharge their growth further. With an ambitious three year plan we work closely with this client team to help them expand their channel mix from TV and digital performance to further digital and above the line channels. They are also venturing into the sponsorship space most recently with a collaboration with Come Dine With Me.

We are working on a long term plan around new customer acquisition, reengaging lapsed customers and retention with 1st party data integration playing a key role.

Concha Y Toro

Established in 1883, Concha y Toro wines today deliver rewarding and unique experiences to consumers around the world. CYT is present in over 130 countries with brands such as Casillero del Diablo, Marques de Casa Concha, and Don Melchor. Through outstanding quality CYT is able to maintain a leadership position in the competitive world of wine.

We've been working with the client for a couple of years now on their online and offline media campaigns with a focus on innovative branding activity that further raises the brand's profile and delivers fame.

Qualifications

This role is split across a number of accounts and would benefit an ambitious individual who has the vision and skills to move the brands digital campaigns forward by adding innovation, regular test and learn and ensuring brilliant basics across the team and your group of clients.

You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - our clients like to be challenged but with diplomacy. Close attention to detail, people management skills and a positive attitude are also crucial. You will be expected to develop media strategies and plans working closely with other investment channels (AV/Publishing & Audio) and with the comms planning team to support our clients and help to make their brands famous.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge and know-how in planning and buying across digital channels including display and video, direct and programmatic, social and emerging channels like CTV and digital OOH. A solid understanding of PPC and SEO and their role within the overall digital mix is also benefitial.

The new AD will also play a leading role in the investment department and work closely with the leadership team to take Spark's digital offering forward. Further you will contribute by training junior team mates and getting involved in new business.

Because the role is demanding you will need to make an immediate impact in your area of expertise - we are looking for an accomplished Account Director or Senior Account Manager in a media agency.

You will be expected to demonstrate your confidence and understanding of working with high profile brands and have a track record of developing innovative work.

As a person you will be highly enthusiastic and collaborative, it's essential here at SPARK FOUNDRY that you can get your point across and bring your client, team and line manager along with you.
