Publicis Imagine is a custom built team for Disney created with one purpose in mind - to be Disney's most valuable partner in creating the next era of entertainment. The newly built team falls under the umbrella of Publicis Media and is dedicated to Disney's four lines of business:

The Publicis Imagine team has been designed to be simple, agile and connected, with access to the latest innovations in media to accelerate Disney's growth around the world, Data is at the core of Publicis Imagine's offering. Our data ecosystem, supercharged by Epsilon, will be the end-to-end platform focused on driving growth. We do this by uncovering data-driven insights that inform marketing, creative messaging and media decisions.

Publicis Imagine will be active across the globe, with the hub for EMEA based here at White City in London. We are Disney fanatics and have created a unique UK and EMEA hybrid team to deliver not only excellence in market, but also be the guiding light for the region when it comes to planning. We have brought together talent from all areas of our business, client leadership, strategy, planning, data science, content, insights and execution in agile squads that will deliver for Disney's business.

Media Networks is Disney's TV business across EMEA. The key channels are Disney Channel and Disney Junior for kids entertainment, National Geographic, focusing on factual and wildlife programming, and FOX TV, which delivers a range of animated and live action hit programmes. We plan campaigns on everything from The Walking Dead, to Gordon Ramsay Uncharted, to Disney's Descendants. Something for all audiences!

Studios is Disney's Theatrical business across EMEA encompassing their hugely varied film studio portfolio. Classic and new animationreleasesvia Walt Disney Animation and Pixar, Star Wars via Lucasfilm, Marvel releases, arthouse films from Searchlight, mass reaching titles such as The Kings Man from 20thCentury Studios and the biggest live action titles from Disney.

Job Description

  • Alongside the Account Director, day to day contact for key clients across Disney Studios and Media Networks and responsible for the smooth running of the business.
  • Project manage and collaborate closely with Planning, Audience, Content and Experience teams to plan and activate campaigns across EMEA.
  • Work with local market teams across EMEA to ensure best practice implementation of campaigns, as well as providing operational direction and support
  • Support Account Director and Planning Lead in ensuring strategic direction is followed through from client brief to activation ideas and execution
  • Network management and coordination with teams across EMEA, supporting the Account Director in communicating key updates, answering questions and driving network excellence
  • Support Account Director and Business Director on annual planning.
  • The delivery of regular reports and documents to support smooth running of the team.
  • Supporting on all financial and reporting workstreams relating to Studios and Networks.
  • Support Account Director in overseeing and driving best-practice thinking and output with daily client collaboration
  • Network management and coordination across 20 local markets, including onboarding of new team members, and management of cross-market deliverables.
  • Understand and learn about media nuance in each market to help inform central decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with local market teams, understanding their needs, requirements and helping prioritise support.
  • Alongside Account Director, key point of contact for any non-campaign specific requirements (eg relationships reviews, internal reporting and forecasting).
  • Be an active participant in helping build the Publicis Imagine team and culture, contribute back to the agency via broader Publicis Media participation.


  • Excellent 360 communication skills, client service skills and ability to build strong client and internal relationships
  • Exceptional organisation skills - effective project management and oversight of client operations are necessary aspect of role
  • Ability to think critically and challenge / question assumptions to ensure best possible delivery for the client
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and PPT skills required
  • Effective line manager, with the ability to develop junior team members
