Account Manager

Bangkok, Thailand

You will be responsible to acquire a deep understanding of the Worldpanel service, FMCG environment and client relationships, in order to effectively support the assigned accounts with client deliverables.

KEY OUTCOMES
  • Gives appropriate business recommendations based on client's informational needs/problems with clearance from Account Director/Commercial Director
  • Responsible for management and development of client servicing
  • Evaluates Client's requests and makes sure that the client's needs are met in an efficient and professional manner
  • Creates presentations for clients and adds value to it through impact charts, recommendations, summary slides, pop-slots
  • Handles relevant training activities for the Clients
  • Prepares SWOT analysis
  • Updates sales pipeline
  • Assists the General Manager and Account Director in regional business issues, in business development and in any material needed
  • Prepares a sales plan (agreed with Account Director/Commercial Director to recruit new subscribers and reach sales target
  • Assists the Account Director/Commercial Director in developing the group's annual plans and programs
  • May champion KWP's Business Insight or at least aware and able to engage clients in conversation regarding KWP's Business.
  • Assists the Account Director/Commercial Director in monitoring the group's annual revenue commitments.
  • Responsible/ takes care of the account with growth of the business in mind.
  • Applies the most appropriate business insights to answer/address client's needs/requirements/queries.
  • Monitors adherence to timetables and budgets set for each phase of the client's requirements/needs

CAPABILITIES
  • College degree in any of the following - Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Management, Psychology or any related discipline.
  • Knowledge of various statistical and analytical techniques and/or tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in market research and exposure in business development will be preferred
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Demonstrates intellectual and professional integrity.
  • Good networking skills and service orientation.
  • Innovative, adaptable and flexible.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Articulate at conveying ideas, both oral and written.
  • Good presentation skills
  • A fast learner, good in numbers and attentive to details
