Are you a dynamic and senior admin manager looking to contribute to a busy but supportive Human Resources team and manage a complex project?

The role will be challenging and enjoyable ensuring that effective and streamlined admin processes are in place supported by automation. You will ensure delivery of a high quality service to continually improve customer service, using your positive, can-do attitude.

As part of our programme of work, we are building on our existing staff helpline and developing a professional shared services model approach to ensure HR delivers an efficient and effective service to the Trust. You will be responsible for managing this project and developing the business case.

The successful candidate will be a senior administrator with experience of working in a shared service function and dealing with complex admin matters. You will also be experienced in managing projects. You should have a relevant degree plus further training and experience to post graduate level.
