Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.

Band 3 Admin Support

37.5 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to undertake the role of admin support to the Personal Assistants of the Senior Admin Office.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support in the Community Health and Wellbeing Directorate. Primary duties will include; diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparation of agendas and associated documentation.

Combining high standards and commitment with experience and excellent communication both written and verbal alongside having exceptional organisational skills are essential for this post. You must be able to provide evidence of working in a busy environment, utilising secretarial and administrative skills including minute taking experience.

The successful applicant will have an excellent knowledge in the use of a variety of databases including Excel and PowerPoint etc. and ideally some internal systems.

You will be working in a fast paced environment, & therefore require the ability to multitask and priorities your own workload and that of others, work as part of a team and have a professional attitude. The successful candidate must be able to build effective working relationships, with a professional, confident and mature attitude. The successful candidate must be flexible.
