Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.

Band 3 Admin Support/Team Secretary

37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday 07:00 - 19:00

Planned Care Services, City of Coventry Health Centre

We are looking for an individual with a proven office background who has previous secretarial experience, excellent communication and organisation skills to join our team at City of Coventry Health Centre.

The post holder will play an important role to provide efficient and comprehensive secretarial/administration support. This will include an ability to deal with a high volume of calls in a pressured environment, have a good standard of English in order to format letters/documents , office experience and accurate data inputting skills. You will be expected to manage and prioritise your own workload. The successful candidate must be able to build effective working relationships, with a professional, confident and mature attitude. The successful candidate must be flexible.

Applicants will need to be computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages, experience of Carenotes would be advantageous and experience in audio typing, however, training will be provided.
