Hours - Full time, Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
What you’ll do
The Administrator will be responsible for answering all calls in a polite and professional manner whilst building strong relationships with internal and external customers. The Administrator will resolve all queries or complaints that arise efficiently and quickly and assist other teams with outstanding issues they have.
The Administrator will understand the daily driver debrief process and fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities by ensuring that all work undertaken is in accordance with the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures.
The Administrator will undertake any other duties that are required and will undertake any training and development needed.
The experience you will need
Numerate and PC literate
Good telephone manner
Ability to work on own initiative in a high-pressure environment
Attention to detail
Experience in a similar role

Where you’ll work
You will be working within a family type environment at our Commercial Depot on Long Leys Road in Lincoln. Although it is a fast-paced environment, the whole team supports each other and puts our customers first, and every day is different. We are a National company with Local knowledge and strive to achieve the best for everyone. We have regular Staff Engagement events, including meals at local venues.
