Job Title - Administrator
Salary - £18,000 - £21,000 plus Veolia benefits *listed below
Location - Poles Lane, Otterbourne, Hampshire SO21 2EA
Hours - Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What you’ll do
The Administrator will assist with the administration and control the Veolia ES Hampshire invoicing, data entry of weighbridge tickets, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and stored in accordance with legislation and company procedures
The Administrator will be responsible for the administration of purchase order management, reconciliation of metal revenues and invoicing. You will produce and distribute validated information from the WIMS in the form of reports, using WIMS Reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
The Administrator will be responsible for database management (i.e date entry) and data validation (i.e reporting on discrepancies). The Administrator will undertake all tasks in accordance with the Company Quality and Environmental Management System and Health and Safety Regulations
You will be responsible for Reception Cover daily and for holiday cover.
The experience you will need
Basic schooling is required, preferably with qualifications (GCSE or equivalent)
Administration / clerical experience is required
Good interpersonal skills
Financial Experience with Excel spreadsheets
Microsoft Office IT skills - intermediate level
Experience of some other system use i.e. Diva, WIMS, Sage, SAP and various other software packages
Good time management skills
Customer service skills
Practical verbal and numerical skills
