Veolia is currently seeking a self-motivated and highly customer-focused Administrator to join our team based in Toowoomba. Reporting into the Manager - Darling Downs, the chosen candidate will support the Toowoomba Branch Manager with administrative tasks focused around large contractual customer processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination and bookings for Key contractual accounts - including setup of new sites and contracts for billing purposes.

  • Ensuring accurate data entry of all of the administration/billing processes for the branch

  • Provide accurate reporting to the Branch Manager 

  • Provide outstanding customer service

  • Ability to work within a team environment

  • Provide general administrative support which may include filing, photocopying, typing, coordination of mail, stationery supplies and arrangement of relevant service and repairs of site equipment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and work in the best interest of the client and the company

  • Process and assist with purchasing requirements for the branch including new vendor setup.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced Administrator with the following:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent work experience

  • 1-5 year’s experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work unsupervised to meet deadlines

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead 

  • Google Suite experience/skills

  • SAP experience (desirable)

  • Driver’s Licence
