Job purpose

Help UKAD process the outcomes from the drug testing of athletes and liaise with the laboratory to facilitate sample analysis.

Reviewing documents from drug tests and providing feedback to ensure compliance with procedure.

Responsible for administrative planning of Doping Control Personnel training, reaccreditation and assessments.

 

Key result areas

Results

·       Data entry into databases and spreadsheets.

·       Processing of test outcomes, including scanning, sharing relevant documentation with external organisations and filing of electronic / hardcopy paperwork.

·      Reviewing documents from drug tests and providing feedback to ensure compliance with procedure.

·       Providing the laboratory with analysis requirements for samples and resolving issues or anomalies

 

HR/ Testing

·       Coordinating the training, mentoring and assessment programmes and reaccreditation for Doping Control Personnel

·       Day-to-day management of the training and development materials; and providing appropriate news updates.  

·       Maintaining and updating training administration for employees and workforce 

·       Coordinate booking of training courses, manage the recording of the training evaluation process 

 

Person specification

·       Educated to A-level standard or equivalent

·       Demonstrable experience of working within a process driven environment and responding to client correspondence

·       The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information 

·       Experience of using packages such as MS Office products

·       Experience in administration

·       Able to organise and prioritise own workload

·       Excellent attention to detail

·       Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide feedback on performance issues
