We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator who is flexible to support the consultants.
You will be providing team support and will work directly with a wide range of individuals at all levels - regular staff, management and directors, external clients and suppliers - so this can make the job varied and interesting
As well as using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, you will need strong administrational skills and prioritisation and workload management capabilities, this is a great job for those who like a variety of tasks and can multitask with ease as it can often be a fast paced role.
As an office administrator you'll be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:
Typing and formatting CV's, registering candidates/clients/vacancies on the database; producing mailshots; expenses; chasing compliance documents; making sure candidates are compliant on the database; client and candidate interview liaison on behalf of consultants, sending confirmation, booking rooms; helping with offsite events.
