Lincolnshire has been successful in implementing new Mental health Support Teams (MHST) in the Lincoln/Gainsborough area from January 2020, and plans to start another team in January 2021 in the Boston/Skegness area.

There are 2 admin posts available, one in each team, one based in Lincoln and one based in the Boston/Skegness area (base to be agreed), so please specify in interview which you would prefer.

The MHST's work with children and young people within education settings to support their mental health needs. The teams will need support from an admin worker with team secretarial duties such as: answering the phone, collating referrals, inputting onto the clinical system, contacting patients, family/carers and education settings to arrange appointments etc.

The Administrator will also support the team co-ordinator and service manager to help embed the service in education settings, be involved in setting up new processes, contacting local services and formulating spread sheets to manage data for monitoring.

All CYP services work closely together and support each other so there will be an expectation that the post may involve some work within the Healthy Minds Lincolnshire and CAMHS services from time to time.

The successful applicant may need to travel around this large rural county and will need to be able to work flexibly according to the needs of the services

We offer 24 hour services within our Inpatient, Crisis and SPA teams, if you are successfully appointed to posts in these areas or others that might have specified, you will be required to work unsociable hours and shift patterns.

Preference will be given to NHS colleagues who are currently 'at risk' and meet the minimum criteria of the Job Description & Person Specification.
