Liverpool Women's Hospital clinical services are currently being reviewed by NHS Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group, following work done by our clinicians in presenting a powerful case for change in the Future Generations Strategy.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Patient Access Centre at Liverpool Women's Hospital for an Admissions Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate for this newly created post will be responsible for the management of a small team of admissions clerks by ensuring all mandatory training, performance development reviews and organisational training are completed as required.

The post holder will be required to work closely with the theatre, ward and pre-operative staff and attend the weekly Theatre Operational Group meeting. The Admissions Manager will also be responsible for developing standard operating procedures and identifying and implementing changes to admissions booking and scheduling processes to support with improving the efficiency of the service.

This is a full time position, however a job share would be considered.
