Job Description

Agency Development Managers at APEX are responsible for supporting overall growth of APEX Guaranteed Value Based Solutions - Guaranteed Deals and Guaranteed Outcomes - through crafting and coordinating efforts of strategic recommendations for Publicis clients to achieve and surpass client business objectives.

This role will work across regional Guaranteed Outcomes accounts and will report to the Director, APEX Guaranteed in London.

  • Respond to APEX Guaranteed Outcomes RFP requests across various online programmatic channels including Display, Online Video, DOOH and YouTube
  • Build creative and outcomes-driven proposals, inclusive of in-depth targeting and audience strategies for advertisers across all verticals
  • Identify opportunities for and coordinate efforts with data and solutions partners to craft unique solutions for relevant outcomes opportunities
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders across the agency and help support client meetings, calls and communication to drive new APEX Guaranteed opportunities.
  • Coordinate with APEX in-house activation team to vet proposed solutions and rates across all relevant opportunities
  • Act as the liaison between the agencies and in-house activation team to ensure all tracking, account set up, launch documentation and campaign requirements are met for successful activations
  • Support the growth of emerging APEX markets by assisting in the coordination of Outcomes RFPs and comms between local markets APEX lead and UK-based activation team.
  • Manage and track all opportunities through to closure within SalesForce and relevant trackers.
  • Maintain central shared directories on Lion Box, including but not limited to RFP materials, campaign opportunity templates and deal/pipeline trackers.
  • Create and maintain an outcomes rate library to track/compare media channel, campaign type, client benchmarks and buying rates to serve as a reference for future outcomes buys
  • Contribute to product positioning and sales marketing materials, including the development of Apex case studies to showcase successes to our partners.
  • Coordinate with In-House activation team to provide ad hoc operational support for when required.


  • Extensive digital planning, forecasting and rate setting experience across programmatic display, online video, DOOH and YouTube (EMEA)
  • Expert in building audience strategies and proficient in programmatic planning solutions available in the marketplace
  • Working knowledge and understanding of capabilities of key DSPs including DV360, TTD, Verizon and Amazon
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
