The Global Distribution Group is looking for an Analyst, Centralized Services! The Global Distribution Group is responsible for the distribution of series and features to Free TV, FVOD, Pay TV, SVOD, Basic Cable, Pay-per-view, Video-on-demand and Electronic sell-through/download to own (EST/DTO).

Centralized Services handles the shared data for the Deal Management teams, manages various Global Distribution Group systems as the business owner, and works with the Systems and Processes team.
  • Handles the customer validation process and is responsible for entry of the customer data.
  • Trains users and crafts training materials for the ViacomCBS legacy systems, tests and approves updates to those systems, and handles user access.
  • Coordinates with Product Rights, Legal and Business Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to provide product information for use by Sales, Commercial Operations and Deal Management.
  • Issues scheduled reports, acquires documentation for audit requests, ensures SOX compliance regarding system access and customer processing.
  • Prepares and manages various charts and schedules for Deal Management and clients.
Overview and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Centralized Services team in the management and distribution of shared data and is responsible for assisting the Systems and Processes team as needed.
  • Customer Administration:
  • Process customer adds and updates. Review requests to determine how to process and if additional information is required. Upon receipt of all information send request with backup to supervisor for approval. Upon receipt of approval, update databases and tracking log.
  • Project Management
  • Work with Commercial Operations and Deal Management groups to address issues with Salesforce, Deal Management (DMS), and Deal systems.
  • Test fixes in UAT for Salesforce, Deal Management (DMS), Deal Memo, Product Database (IPC), and Avails (secondary tester for Avails and IPC) systems.
  • Data Integrity
  • Ongoing project to review and update music clearance information in the Product Database (IPC) to streamline avails and clearances for Commercial Operations and Deal Management.
  • Product
  • Manage the information related to 11+ "daily shows" and other products that require episodic or segment clearances by acquiring the information and maintaining the restrictions charts and the Product Databases (IPC and Airtable). Coordinate with Business Affairs and Operations to acquire episodic information and clearances.
  • Manage additional product's information as needed.
  • Reporting
  • Run weekly reports and ad hoc reports as needed using Salesforce and Deal Management (DMS) systems, including requests from the following departments: Showtime Dist., Marketing, Legal & Contracts, Trademarks, Content Protection, Formats, and Publicity.
  • Administrative / Data entry
  • Own calendar and meetings for Centralized Services
  • Manages the distribution of all ViacomCBS legacy items to business affairs using Salesforce and manages their storage in a SharePoint document repository.
  • Check Salesforce database daily and upload documents to server for weekly Executive Meeting.
  • Coordinate the weekly Executive Meeting and manage document files to ensure timely processing by the Deal Management group and the Sales executives.
  • Pull electronic files for audit requests.
  • Ad hoc projects and requests as required
Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of related experience working in administration capacity
  • Strong Microsoft office and software application skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems/applications
Additional Qualifications:
  • Salesforce, Airtable or equivalent customer relationship management and systems experience
  • Work experience in television, entertainment, or a related media
  • Time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Detail oriented
  • A great teammate
