14 Month fixed term apprenticeship leading to a substantive post subject to satisfactory performance.

The post is based on the St Mary's Hospital site, in Paddington, however will require you to work across all of our hospital sites on a regular basis.

We are an NHS Trust of 10,000 staff, providing care for around one million people every year, across our five hospitals and a growing number of community services in north west London.

That creates a lot of administration and requires a lot of organising! Exciting opportunities exist for apprenticeships that will enable you to develop your skills to manage and prioritise workloads, liaising closely with other administration staff and management in the team. It will also provide you with a unique insight into what it takes to keep five busy hospitals running efficiently.

Our programme will help you work towards achieving a Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2) Apprenticeship. There is also a comprehensive workplace training programme to support your development, extend your skills and complement your on-the-job learning. The basic hours are 37.5 per week.

At Imperial College Healthcare you'll be working with leading clinicians pushing the boundaries in patient care. You'll benefit from a career development programme, a staff recognition scheme and a range of other extras such as our cycle to work scheme and a season ticket loan.

Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills, and be organised, proactive and self-motivated. If successful, you will be required to complete a standard DBS disclosure.

You must be able to attend the whole virtual interview event between 9am and 3pm on 30th October 2020.
