Apprentice Customer Service Specialist
It is essential that you are qualified to GSCE level C or above in Maths and English, with the ability to undertake thorough, structured, and detailed investigation, and manage a varied workload whilst achieving priorities and objectives.
You will complete a course of study and be working towards a Level 2 Customer Services Practitioner Apprenticeship with the training provider CT Skills over a 13 month period. You will be taught by work-based distance learning.
You will develop skills & knowledge in order to ensure a high quality experience is delivered at all times to both internal/external customers, providing accurate and up to date information in line with company processes, procedures and agreed standards. You will also develop the skills required to successfully take accountability for handling all methods of customer interaction via the Contact Centre and working to deliver a first point of contact resolution at all times.
In order to be successful, you will need demonstrable listening skills and ability to actively communicate, and be able to demonstrate IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Office up to intermediate level.
This role will be based at an office location and will predominately work from that office, although some travel to other offices/sites may be required. Some flexibility may be offered to enable ad-hoc working from home from time to time.
