Duties & Responsibilities
The John Lewis Partnership Resourcing Service Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Assessment Methodology Specialist to join the Team The ultimate purpose is to ensure delivery of high-quality, fit-for-purpose and cost effective solutions across a variety of recruitment tools including online tests, assessment and interview materials. Please note, Internally this role is known as Resourcing Development Specialist.

Job Requirements
Requirements include but are not exclusive to: > Service Development - Contribute to the development of the assessment portfolio by developing new products for selection and assessment that are fair, valid and reliable and are cost-effective to meet the fast-paced operational needs of the business. > Strategic Relationships - Recognises and supports Resourcing Managers/Resourcing Consultants in ensuring insight and knowledge of critical or high value campaigns prior to stakeholder management sessions. > Project planning methodology - Establish project control and ensures good governance, change control, tracks considerations, issues, risks, assumptions budget and milestones, taking appropriate action to mitigate delays. Then track progress ensure the appropriate creation of testing plans, training, briefings, documentation or appropriate materials. Required essential experience skills and qualifications
> Knowledge and understanding of assessment methods for resourcing purposes > Selecting appropriate personality and ability tests > Basic project management skills resulting in service improvement over time
