Asset Compliance Coordinator

In this role you will be able to showcase or learn expert knowledge of asset compliance, ensuring standards are upheld to a high level.
You will work closely with our contractors to ensure compliance is maintained, and works are completed on time whilst gaining experience within a large housing association.
Each day is different, and you will help to raise works orders, ensure that they are within budget and monitored through to completion. This role will also enable you to further develop and gain experience in coordinating contract meetings as well as reporting on performance. The role includes handling enquires from internal teams, contractors and customers by both phone and email. With a customer focused approach to your work your efforts will directly help residents in their property.
If you are confident in working with Microsoft Products, can identify and address non-compliance and deliver results then we would like to hear about your experience today. Some travel will be required for training and meetings purposes.
