Our Asset Investment Team are looking to welcome a new and highly skilled data analyst to join them as they improve lives each day. If you are a successful data analyst with a can-do approach who builds strong relationships with those you work alongside this could be your next career move. This role is offered on a contract basis up to a maximum of 18 months.
You may already hold analytically driven roles or a strong Excel user, if you have a talent for working with complex datasets that contribute to driving performance then we would love to introduce you to our team!

When you join us as an Asset Investment Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring property asset data is accurate and champion the use of data to monitor and enhance the performance of our assets. Your work will directly add value by ensuring asset investment strategies and projects are well planned and data driven. This will support our economic resilience and enhance the lives and wellbeing of our customers through timely and effective investment in their homes and neighbourhoods.
You will take the lead in developing and maintaining our asset IT systems offering support to all users across the wider team, reflecting the highest standards of service excellence
This role is based at our office in Nottingham, although currently homeworking.
Bringing demonstrable experience of working with large and detailed datasets, you will ideally be able to evidence a successful track record of delivering analytical work that can be turned into insight and change through in-depth analysis of client focused business activities and systems.
You’ll be an expert who is able to work both collaboratively and independently to plan and manage projects, develop data systems and extract and manipulate data to inform strategy planning, helping to improve the services we deliver.
You can inspire and motivate others to deliver customer service excellence through effective leadership, training and development.
