An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our Asset Management team.

The Role

Horizon provide a high quality, customer focused repairs and maintenance service to Horizon’s tenants and customers across central Scotland.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our Asset Management team.


The Asset Officer will work in Horizon’s asset management team to deliver a high quality service to Horizon’s tenants, owners and shared owners.


The Asset Officer will work under the direction and guidance of the Asset Manager and work closely with the Asset Planning Officer in the delivery of our reactive, cyclical and planned maintenance service.


About You


Experience of contract administration and delivery of construction and minor works projects is essential, alongside an ability to think strategically and work with stakeholders to develop innovative approaches to delivering investment to private and mixed tenure tenements.


You will have the commitment and drive to assist the delivery of effective and efficient asset management and will enjoy working collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes for our tenants whilst using exemplary communication skills. The successful candidate will also have excellent IT skills, in particular, the application of excel.
