Assistant Employee Relations Advisor - Band 4 - Trust wide position (Boston Base)

Our Human Resources and Organisational Development Teams are being reshaped so that they are best placed to support ULHT through change. This is an exciting time to come and join our new team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our established Employee Relations team for a 12 month period as an Assistant ER Advisor. The postholder will be tasked with proactively assisting the ER advisors, helping them manage a significant case load alongside playing a key part in developing key performance indicators and systems for monitoring, reporting, and improving performance against those indicators.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to provide high quality advice to Managers and Employees across the Trust on a range of employee relations issues, ie disciplinary issues, grievances, managing performance, grading and attendance issues.

Before applying, please note: It is essential you have a Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent or 6 months general HR experience. Experience of attendance and performance management e.g. conduct and grievances; sickness absence management and change management would be desirable.

This position will be trustwide covering all of United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trusts sites and travel to other sites will be required. Our sites are based at Lincoln County Hospital, Pilgrim Hospital, Boston and Grantham & District Hospital - some travel to Louth Hospital may be required.
