[具体的な業務内容]

•調査の設計から,分析,報告までをおこなう

•クライアントとの関係構築,および,調査報告会を実施する

•アソシエイトやシニアアソシエイトと連携し,調査の品質とタイムリーな納品をおこなう

•他のチームメンバーがプロジェクトを正確に設定し,標準的な方法論が遵守されていることを確認し,有効性と効率性を向上させる方法を指導しながら,調査や方法論の重要な要素を確実に理解できるよう支援する

•効率化,自動化,アウトプットの品質を向上させるための社内プロジェクトに積極的に参加し,チームのリソースの効率化に貢献する

1.ブランディングやトラッキング調査の経験もしくは,興味があること

2. 問題だけでなく,解決策を見出す能力があること

3.社内外のステークホルダーと良好な関係を築くことができる能力があること

4.日本語,英語がネイティブレベル/流暢なビジネスレベルを有すること

In Brand, we are lucky to be able to build long-term, in-depth partnerships with our clients through continuous Brand Guidanceprogrammesand vitally important Brand Strategy projects. We immerse ourselves in our client's worlds to really understand their brands,communicationsand business strategy in order to help them grow. We are lucky enough to work withthe majority ofthe world'sbiggest advertisers,covering categories such aspersonal care, household goods, food and drink, retail, technology, travel and many more.

Key Outcomes

  • Supportresearch studies from proposal through to analysis and reporting.
  • Manage relationship with key clients onday to daybasis, and lead study debriefs
  • Work/Lead Associates and Senior Associates to ensure quality and timelydelivery, andhelp train new members to the team.
  • Help other team members to ensure projects are set up accurately, ensuring standard methodologies are adhered to and teaching methods to improve effectiveness and efficiency, while helping them to ensure they understand the key elements of research and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the domain strategy by leading a project crafted to increase efficiencies,automationand quality of output.

Key Capabilities

  • Experience with branding or tracking research, or interested in those areas
  • Ability to see the solution, not just the problem

  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Native level/Fluent in Japanese, English Business Level
