Working on the newly formed Concession team looking for an experienced AM to support across all product categories and provide strong merchandising support for a new department

  • ACTIVELY demonstrates understanding of weekly trade KPIs and use these to drive actions
  • RESPONSIBLE for proactively driving in season trade actions and reviewing risk and opportunities, recommending actions to JM and brand partners
  • MANAGES replenishment and recode forecasting and woking closely with brand partners to maintain availability of core products at all time to optimise sales
  • INTERACT with wider teams to improve to drive best practices and ensure consistencies across the floor
  • PROVIDE detailed and insightful analysis and reporting for department of responsibilities relating to all KPIs and attributes for various stakeholders
  • OWNERSHIP of markdowns and can propose and execute markdowns in line with guidelines
  • OVERSEES MA on DC queries, intake and stock not online to ensure target and forecast are met and provide training and support with development
  • CONDUCT seasonal lessons learnt analysis with buying and to support growth and forward strategy for department
  • ASSIST the merchandiser in WSSI reforeast & seasonal budget planning process including but not limited to detailed attribute analysis and plans, deep dive and budget packs preparation
  • PARTNER and work very closely wth buying team in all aspects of responsibilities
  • IDENTIFY and suggest new processes, best practice and reporting requirement to support the need of a new and growing business area
  • SUPPORT and deputise for JM across all areas of the department as reqired


  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Previous fashion merchandising experience in a similar role, preferably within multi-brand or luxury environment
  • Demonstrates high level of accuracy, initative and self development at all times
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationship with brand partners
  • Strong commercial awareness with proven ability to drive in-season trade and optimise sales through replenishment
  • Advance reporting and analytical skills, incuding Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise to meet stringent deadlines
  • Proactive and can do attitude
