Assistant Project ManagerAbout the roleWe are looking for an Assistant Project Manager – (1 post) to join our Growth & Development team. This is a home based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility to attend as required, but there will be a requirement to regularly visit our development sites across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team to support the delivery of Onward's development programme of 5,000 new homes by 2030.  You will provide support with the appraisal of new development opportunities to assess if they meet our growth objectives and required financial parameters. Assisting with the delivery of new build development projects across the North West region by meeting agreed targets of build programme, value for money and quality. Maintaining liaison with internal and external client departments and partners to ensure excellent communication is maintained at all stages of the development process. What are we looking for?The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the development of new homes and of financial appraisal systems. You will be expected to have effective risk management skills along with a demonstrable understanding of the development process across a range of property and tenure types. It is desirable that you are Degree qualified or have a Project Management qualification.
