The Trust has recently undergone a restructure developing Clinical Service Units (CSU's) which have empowered clinical leadership teams to work within an accountability framework enabling decision making closer to the patient. By joining us you could be part of our continuing transformation. Using your dialysis management expertise, you will be responsible for the commissioning of a new dialysis within the renal department. You will ensure that a project implementation plan is developed to include, clinical governance, risk mitigation, monitoring processes, financial scrutiny and operational deadlines. Reporting to the Lead Nurse / Unit Director, you will be operationally responsible for delivery of all patient services within the new unit. This means ensuring all local and national targets - including waiting list times, financial goals, the quality of service offered to patients and the implementation of best practice are achieved.Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills is key to the success of this role.
