Job Description
An Associate Director acts as a partner to clients by leading, developing and building relationships. You'll bethe daily strategic lead on youraccounts.
Youwill manage multiple accounts/portfolios, being accountable for a revenue target and pursuing opportunities to grow the business against that target.
The role will lead a specific business management function (e.g. recruitment or finances) within the discipline with support from the Managing Partner.
You will have significant input in business development opportunities and takes a key role in pitch and proposal development.
You will be a problem solver, proactively finding and recommending solutions and ways for the business to evolve, improve, grow as well as showing a point of view on strategic direction of the discipline.
The role will seek peer and SME input to ensure the client is at the centre of our solutions, but retains overall responsibility and accountability for our outputs.
