Associate, Legal Operations at : is seeking a Legal Operations Associate to join our in-house Legal team to support business priorities, growth and expansion!

As the Associate, Legal Operations, you'll coordinate the work allocation solution including the review and triage of business queries across contract drafting, contract review, regulatory, compliance, data protection, controls, licensing matters and a variety of internal policies and business support needs.

You'll take a lead role in providing assistance and guidance to various internal clients across the business, predominantly liaising with internal legal teams in order to allocate or answer, as appropriate, matters which require legal advice or support.

This will include; reviewing the legal mailbox and portal, understanding queries, allocating work by following a pre-determined methodology, answering basic legal questions, escalating as appropriate, ensuring high-risk matters make their way to appropriate senior lawyers and taking a proactive approach to improving and streamlining the time to completion on all matters.

What you'll be doing
    • Management of the legal request portal and mailbox across the three verticals.
    • Development into the initial point of support for basic legal queries.
    • Responsible for the timely and accurate allocation of requests to appropriate teams or individuals.
    • Responsible for effective escalation as required to senior lawyers.
    • Support a high utilisation across paralegal team members through a consistent approach to work allocation.
    • Further and continual enhancement of allocation guidance to ensure the right work is reaching the right team

About you
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a high volume of work.
    • Keen interest in the Legal profession demonstrated through previous education choices or work experience.
    • High level of written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Be open-minded, proactive and willing to accept new challenges
