The Publicis Imagine team has been designed to be simple, agile and connected, with access to the latest innovations in media to accelerate Disney's growth around the world, Data is at the core of Publicis Imagines' offering. Our data ecosystem, supercharged by Epsilon, will be the end-to-end platform focused on driving growth. We do this by uncovering data-driven insights that inform marketing, creative messaging and media decisions. We will look to connect all aspects of Disney's business to unlock growth with each of their consumers from any line of business.

Publicis Imagine will be active across the globe, with the hub for EMEA based here at White City in London. We are Disney fanatics and have created a unique UK and EMEA hybrid team to deliver not only excellence in market, but also be the guiding light for the region when it comes to planning. Job Description

  • Leading a team of AV buyers to deliver best in class activity across TV, BVOD, Radio and Cinema mediums for all Disney's line of businesses (Disney+, Studios, Media Networks and Disney Park / Walt Disney World).
  • Negotiating with various sales house teams to drive added value opportunities for our clients
  • Meeting all deadlines set by either the AV team, planning team and/or the client - ensuring your direct team do the same.
  • Ensuring all AV administration is completed accurately and in a timely fashion (in accordance with the AV Excellence Charter)
  • Keeping abreast of changes within the AV marketplace - sharing market intelligence with the AV team and the company as a whole (where relevant)
  • Working and directing your team to ensure that all KPIs and any audit specifics are achieved
  • Working with your AV team to deliver innovative response to briefs. Working within Publicis Imagine creativity is crucial for this role as no one plan needs to look the same.
  • Building productive relationships with planning teams and clients (understanding the client's organisational structure and the market they operate in)
  • Using the appropriate systems and technology to get under the skin of audience behaviour and consumption of TV, BVOD, Radio and Cinema
  • Ensure all Disney's KPIs are delivered
  • Collaborate with the Head of Investment and other Directors across Zenith with the other AD's to drive BVOD investment across the group
  • Lead the Publicis Imagine AV team - continually improving teams delivery and performance
  • Deliver market leading AV product for Publicis Imagine in the UK
  • Work closely with the Head of Investment and PMX (Publicis Media Trading body) with to ensure all sales house annual deal guarantees are met
  • Assist the team solving problems and offering support when necessary
  • Build relationships with key senior media owners to understand their offering in detail and be able to objectively evaluate new players.


The ideal candidate should have a fully-rounded knowledge of AV media buying and planning, and continually keep up-to-date with market developments across the TV, BVOD, Radio and Cinema mediums.

You should be passionate about delivering outstanding work for Disney and be able to multi task. We are looking for someone with 8+ years' experience of working within a media agency. Core skills should include:

  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Advanced presentation skills - comfortable presenting regularly to groups of all shapes and sizes
  • Ability to work well with a diverse range of people from the CEO to entry level graduates, client side and media owners too
  • Expert knowledge of DDS
  • Ability to plan and present sound rationales spanning TV, BVOD, Radio and Cinema mediums
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and ensure the team do too
  • Detail-oriented and fantastic attention to detail
  • Creative and open to new ideas and confident to challenge briefs.
  • Expert knowledge of the media auditing process - existing experience and/or relationships with Media Path would be an advantage
