Job Reference: 360-D-9235

Employer: Department: Women's and Children's Location: Watford Salary: £19,039 - £20,371 pa inc HCA

As an employer of nearly 5,000 staff, West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust is the place to be. Having have been shortlisted over the last three years for 18 national people related awards and most recently winning the Nursing Times award for Best UK Employer 2019 we are immensely proud of our achievements.

We have lots to shout about! Despite having lots of challenges, we've worked really hard to make West Herts a great place to work. The good news is we're really starting to see the results of our efforts. We're one of the few NHS organisations across the UK to have achieved a phenomenal 0% nurse vacancy rate within our adult inpatient areas. We have also recently secured over £450m capital funding to transform our sites and give our patients and colleagues within #teamwestherts the working environment they deserve.
