We are delighted and excited to advertise this brand-new role to lead the development of our Trust-wide health and wellbeing programme. Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic we have introduced a holistic programme to support staff wellbeing through a range of innovative and evidence-based interventions. As we move past the pandemic, we are looking for a dynamic programme manager who is passionate about employee health and wellbeing to support the programme's ongoing development, communication and evaluation.

As this is a brand new role the post holder will have flexibility to shape the role with direction from the Trust's Head of Talent & OD, Head of Service for CONTACT (our staff support service) and the Deputy Director of People & OD to ensure we high levels of engagement and participation from staff in our wellbeing initiatives.

In summary, the post holder will lead a range of wellbeing interventions and work closely with the Trust communications team utilising a range of channels to develop a strong brand that effectively communicates to promotes our wellbeing initiatives. They will lead the evaluation of our wellbeing programme and work alongside our CONTACT to ensure effective utilisation of our counselling service including activity monitoring and reporting in line with the Trust's KPIs.

Ideally the post holder will have previous experience of working in a health and wellbeing role/setting and their experience may may come from a range of backgrounds including HR & OD, counselling, health or occupational and business psychology and psychiatry and we welcome applications from individual's working outside of the NHS. We welcome applicants who are interested in part-time working.
