Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals Trust are recruiting bank staff for their busy Centralised Admin Service. We are currently looking for bank staff to work across all BSUH sites including Brighton, Haywards Heath and Lewes
  • Teams with roles include Outpatient Booking, Inpatient Booking, Health Records, Secretaries, Reception and Ward Clerks.
We are looking for experienced administrators and customer service staff to assist in delivering a gold standard service for our patients and a gold standard clinical administration service for our clinical teams. Most of the roels will be based in Outpatients, but will have options for bank cover across the Clinical Admin teams.

The roles will range from the registration of a new patient, handling GP and patient queries for clinics, making appointments and inpatient bookings, dealing with medical records, audio typing and secretarial work depending on the team.
