Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity to join their office in Central London as a Benefits Adviser and the role is paying up to £40,000, dependent upon experience.
Reporting to the Senior Pensions & Benefits Manager, the Benefits Adviser would play an integral role in the annual review of the benefits, implementation of changes and introduction of new benefits. You will also support the HR Ops Team in the administration of employee benefits, including flexible benefits. You will be the subject matter expert and responsible for the data management of the companies flexible benefits and the role would also involve liaising with the third party technology and core benefits providers.

Your experience of benefits and flexible benefits administration, data management and your strong analytical and Excel skills will allow you to hit the ground running in this role.
