A multi-billion dollar US-based business are looking for a Benefits Advisor to join them immediately, during a busy time of year for the Benefits department. This is initally an interim position for 3 to 6 months, however there is the strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.
You will be responsible for the administration of a wide range of core and flexible benefits. You'll answer a high volume of queries from employees, working quickly to solve problems. You will take ownership of a number of processes around enrolment and liaise closely with payroll and external providers. You'lll help communicate the benefits package to new and existing employees.
Your experience of managing employee benefits and experience with enrolment will enable you to hit the ground running. Your knowlege of current trends in UK benefits and pensions will be heavily relied upon by the business.
