A Benefits Specialist role in an award-winning Benefits function of a financial services firm in Central London.
Do you feel constrained by the limitations of your current Benefits role? Do you want to join an innovative and award-winning Benefits function in a global financial business? This is a permanent, full-time role based in Central London, with flexible working available.
This firm have consistently won awards for their employee benefits and are looking for someone to join their Employee Benefits team. You will have a fair degree of autonomy and act as benefits lead for some of the smaller business units, visiting with their Heads of HR to help with engagement and take the lead on complex projects. These include health and wellbeing projects at the cutting edge of what businesses are offering their employees. You'll mentor a junior member of staff and help them to grow in their Benefits Career.
You'll need a good understanding of the UK Benefits and Pensions landscape, including the management of flexible benefits, and the passion to improve processes. You'll analyse plenty of pensions and benefits data, so good technical skills are key. This business is constantly pushing for improvement and you will attend meetings with senior stakeholders, both within the business and at benefits providers.
