Job Description

The role:

Performics is the Performance specialist arm of Publicis Media.

As a Biddable Account Director within Performics, you will be delivering market leading activation, client servicing, innovation and measurement across paid search, paid social and programmatic for the leading supplier of oral care in Europe - Invisalin.

You will oversee the planning and implementation across paid search and paid social platforms, at the same time, looking for new opportunities to sell in platforms that aren't currently made use of to the client. The programmatic part of the role requires you to plan and manage the client and strategy, liaising with internal trade desk teams who will handle the activation.

You will be responsible for delivering the strategic direction and best in class execution for your accounts and ensuring campaigns go live appropriately, playing a pivotal role in building relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee all work carried out across the paid social and search areas performed by your team. There is a vision to launch campaigns outside of the facebook and Instagram platforms this year, so you will be guiding the team and educating the client through this transition. They have recently launched discovery ads too, so they are really going through a period of growth in their digital advertising.

Although the majority of your role is at a strategic, overseeing level, there may be times where you are going to have to get hands on with the activational side of the role.

You will also be required to present to the client, and be able to explain the work in an easily digestible manner.

You will also be involved with some B2B work as Invisalin try to get more dental practices to use the product on their patients.

The team:

You will have management responsibilities of 4 reports, 2 based in London, feeding into a Business Director, also in London.

Qualifications

  • Experience in planning, activating and reporting on paid search and social campaigns.
  • Understanding of programmatic
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Budget forecasting experience
  • Able to deliver high quality work with strong attention to detail
  • Effectively managing a team
  • Experience of test and learn methods
  • Knowledge of all digital elements
