Job Description

The role:

As an account manager within the Starcom Performics team, you will be working to deliver Paid Social campaigns to one of the worlds leading car manufacturers, FCA (Fiat, Chrysler Auto).

Your day to day will include the overall strategy of the campaigns, liaising with the account management and planning teams whilst directing and managing your own team of 2 executives.

You will be working with your Account Director to devise and deliver client strategy in response to the individual clients business goals, adapting to the campaign performance.

You will be activating the Paid Social campaigns across all social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

The Client:

FCA are a leading Italian car manufacturing giant, they have 7 brands under their wing, including Jeep, Alfa Romeo and Maserati on the luxury side. They are undergoing a merger with PSA this year so it will be an exciting time to be working on this account. They are also branching out into the electric car space, launching an eco version of the Fiat500.

Responsibilities:
  • Activating paid social campaigns across all social channels
  • Sell in new ideas and recommendations to the planning teams and clients
  • Take responsibility for managing budgets for the specific clients and campaigns
  • Managing multiple priorities and stakeholders while pushing for first class activation
  • Coming up with strategies that show a clear plan for delivering on objectives
  • Supporting the Account Director with proposals, pitches, strategy and other work
  • Demonstrating best practices, leading by example and being a leader to your team.

Qualifications

You will have experience in activating Paid Social campaigns across most social channels. Experience working on a large client with different brands or multiple clients at one time would be advantageous, whilst having high quality outputs and good attention to detail. A good relationship builder, you will be working with various internal teams and external clients. A data driven mindset and strong presentation skills would be ideal.
