This role entails…

Managing the strategic planning, execution and delivery of ITV’s BritBox Tv/VOD campaigns to reach defined awareness and acquisition targets.


Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with ITV’s media agency Total Media and ITV’s owned planning teams to develop integrated O&P plans

  • Deliver effective commercial Tv/VOD campaign plans for BritBox across Brand and DRTV.

  • Planning and buying of commercial extended Tv/VOD for key campaigns

  • Manage key relationships & be the lead day to day contact with the ITV commercial and BritBox marketing teams

  • Manage and deliver campaign targets in liaison with our commercial team; oversee delivery of owned plans.

  • Ensure the commercial team are fully briefed on all aspects of relevant campaigns.

  • Work closely with the BritBox marketing team and attend/present at regular performance and status meetings

  • Utilising Adalyser our media analysis tool - analyse & evaluate audience data & insight, incorporating learnings into optimal plans. 

  • Present such learnings & insights at regular Post Campaign Analysis sessions

  • Provide all necessary updates & reports to the business 



To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Proven Tv buying experience and ability to drive maximum value out of Tv/VOD plans essential

  • Experience of utilising Tv attribution tools eg Adalyser/Spotlight highly desirable

  • Strong understanding of TV viewing behaviour essential and the impact this has on shaping campaign plans

  • A thorough understanding of BARB data & the ability to interrogate such data using Infosys or TechEdge software

  • Understanding of multimedia campaign planning and planning terminology

  • Knowledge of media planning across Owned Tv/VOD desirable

  • Ability to influence at senior levels to support strategic decisions & recommendations

  • Excellent communication skills, highly motivated & strong team player

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple projects & prioritise workload

  • Ability to build strong working relationships across business areas

  • Excellent attention to detail & highly numerate

  • Experience working closely with marketing teams
