About us

Our specialist Debt & Capital Advisory (DCA) Team is a team of over 30 people nationally, focussed on helping clients to deliver a successful finance raising. Whether it be a refinance, funding growth or releasing equity, we help clients to reduce balance sheet stress, generate cash and find the best source of capital to support their business objectives. We are now looking to further grow the regional team with the addition of a manager to be based in Scotland.

DCA is part of the wider Business Restructuring Services ("BRS") practice, the leading restructuring practice in the UK, which over the years has advised on the most iconic and complex restructuring situations. We are a growing team and the opportunities for career progression are significant.

Our BRS practice is part of our wider Deals business. We work closely across Deals (and wider PwC teams) to ensure we give the best advice to our clients. Given the nature of our services, the work in Deals is varied, often fast paced and calls on commercial, analytical and interpersonal skills.
