Business Analyst - IT (Flexible Location)

Job description
The RNIB Technology Team is looking for IT Business Analysts to assist in the gathering of requirements as part of a series of large business change activities. It is a real exciting time to join and help the organisation achieves its transformation goals.

You will lead in partnering with the all stakeholders, including close collaboration with Project Managers to define business requirements to allow definition of Enterprise system requirements, to achieve the organisational strategy.

We're looking for a self-motivated, customer focussed individual with good attention to detail, leading the business requirements, system design and testing process for major projects which will include IT system and business change projects, with the aim to improve organisational efficiency and customer experience.
