The EU Sort Centers Team is seeking for a passionate, structured, analytical and technical person to join our EU Launch, Innovation & Tech Integration (LIT) team in Luxembourg, which thrives in developing and implementing technological solutions to support our strong growth.

As a Business Analyst in the Tech Integration team, you will support the PMO (Project Management Officer) to set up agile project management methodologies, as well as mechanisms for business requirements gathering, quantifying, prioritizing and tracking. You are going to create various reporting dashboards to increase transparency and improve how we develop tech projects. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders in different geographies, functions and roles, and also team with talented Analysts, Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers and Software Development Engineers.

Responsibilities include:
· Data management, data analysis, data visualization and automation
· Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly reports and dashboards; in particular, develop a web-based tech controlling dashboard
· Support PMO and Tech Teams in data analysis and regular reporting
· Own and take part in projects; support in project tracking and provide project updates and metrics
· Quantify business impact of tech projects and calculate business cases
· Create robust documentation and communication of projects


· Good technical, process and financial acumen
· Strong data management, presentation and visualization skills
· Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, with high attention to detail
· Strong proficiency in Excel/SQL/VBA as well as any data visualization tools like PowerBI or similar BI tools
· Self-starter who can work independently and organized, with a proactive attitude
· Ability to think and deliver in a fast changing environment working with structure
· Ability to execute methodically and to clearly communicate data insights to others
· Experience in project and stakeholder management
· A degree in Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Logistics or similar field and relevant work experience in a similar role


· Business Intelligence (BI) and basic Software Development (SD) experience
· Advanced knowledge of data science tools
· Advanced understanding of best practice analysis, programming and visualization techniques
· Familiarity with field operations and supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics - gained through work experience or graduate level education
· Experience working with cross-functional teams
