We are looking to recruit a professional, highly motivated individual with proven experience of working as a business coordinator at executive/senior management/board level, to provide comprehensive business support to the Deputy Chief People Officer as part of the front office team.

Your previous experience of working within the NHS or other complex organisation will have enabled you to develop exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage a varied workload. Your excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across a broad range of staff groups and stakeholders will be well established through experience of working with the public and handling difficult/challenging situations with tact, diplomacy, confidentiality and sensitivity.

This is an interesting and demanding role; the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a can-do attitude, the ability to manage conflicting priorities, and be able to work using their own initiative. Most importantly the successful candidate will have a passion for learning and personal development.
