SHL are global market leaders in talent assessment. We are looking to talk to experienced sales professionals with experience of selling to HR professionals. We are specifically looking for Swedish, German, Dutch and Norwegian language speakers to join our London Mid-Market sales team.

Based in London, SHL offers a vibrant and dynamic workplace with a collaborative culture. You would be part of a global team and work with the world's leading executives from a wide range of organisations.

The Roles:

You will be part of the European Mid-Market sales team. We are a proud, collaborative and ambitious team, leading the way at SHL. There is huge potential to earn!

You will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities or managing key accounts, promoting the SHL brand in the market delivering exceptional sales results. If you have a sharply honed consulting style,this is your chance to be an integral part ofourown growth andrevenueachievements. You will target and work with top executives of potential companies, anddrive the pivotal moment where leadsbecomesales,reapingthe rewards of negotiating contracts to a successful close.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven business development or sales experience
  • Experience in selling to HR & Talent Acquisition leaders
  • Solution selling experience
  • A Bachelors or Masters in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business-related discipline would be an advantage but not essential
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, German, Swedish or Norwegian
