What problems will we be solving?
We prepare independent board directors for success and help global leaders transform their organisations through real world business thinking. We also support mid-career women to advance into more senior leadership roles.

We use a high-touch premium approach to our clients, combining the best attributes of online and offline learning. Our membership and learning management systems support this and our workshops and events connect people for networking and professional growth.
What are their opportunities for professional growth?
Both the Board Director Programme and Women in Business Form are growing businesses. In order to expand, we need someone who can grow from an administrative role to larger operational roles with broader exposure across the company.
Research organisations and individuals to up open new opportunities
Contact prospects to establish rapport, secure meetings via email and/or phone
Develop sales decks and other promotional materials
Assist with marketing activities
Assist with event planning
General ad hoc administration activities
Required Skills / Experience
Loves details! Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable on phone/email/in person working with multiple levels of seniority, cultures and works styles.
Positive attitude. Takes initiative to push projects forward, solve problems before being asked.
Tech savvy: basic MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new systems as new learning management systems come along.
Excellent written and spoken English. Excellent spoken Cantonese.
Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
