What will I be doing?

These are high profile, key hires within our business during a time of internal digital transformation, with the aim to secure our place as a market leader in the development of intelligent infrastructure solutions . You will need to be confident and comfortable with change and react with a positive and flexible attitude to our constantly changing market. This role will provide you with an unrivalled opportunity to shape and influence our sales culture going forward.

About you

What we need

You will need to have an entrepreneurial growth mindset, be technically savvy and have proven experience of identifying and creating opportunities to utilise digital technology to deliver transformational change within complex and smart infrastructure projects in one or more of our sector specialisms.

You will expect to be held accountable for your profitability and thrive on developing high value, meaningful relationships with your client base.

With a collaborative approach you will have the drive and tenacity to see your sales from bid stage, through to delivery and beyond.
